Chief Risk Officer

This is a high-profile opportunity for a seasoned risk professional to lead enterprise risk initiatives with a clear focus on technology, product, and regulatory assurance.
The role will shape risk practices across engineering, product, data, and operations in a global software organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in software, SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or payments, and combine regulatory depth with technology and product know-how.
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and uplifting CPS 230, CPS 234, and operational risk frameworks across a product-led SaaS environment. They will also drive ISO 27001, SOC2, and global assurance programs to support enterprise client demands.
This is a chance to step into a strategic leadership position where risk management is not a tick-box, but a strategic enabler of growth, trust, and client confidence.
About the Ideal Candidate- Risk & Compliance leadership in SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or digital platforms.
- Exposure to CPS 230/234, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, able to influence Product, Engineering, and Executive stakeholders.
