Fintech Operations Specialist

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join our Sydney office and be an integral part of our eToro team. As a Fintech Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in processing and monitoring clients' deposits, dealing with clients' deposit issues, and working in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

You will have the chance to improve operational processes and manage good communication with other internal departments. If you are passionate about financial trading and problem-solving, this could be the perfect role for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in back office administration/handling money
  • Experience in banking/understanding of money flows
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office/Google Suite tools
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to work under pressure and with strict deadlines
  • Strong sense of professionalism and accountability
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Comfortable with change in fast-paced environment
  • Self-learner and highly motivated individual
