The Role:

Lead the technology function and ensure the stability of current systems while building a cutting-edge fintech platform.

Be hands-on in coding (approximately 25% of your time) to prototype, guide best practices, and solve complex challenges.

Drive the re-platforming program using modern architectures and AI-assisted development.

Grow, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team.

Collaborate with product and commercial leaders to deliver scalable, market-leading solutions.

Requirements:

8+ years of engineering experience, with proven leadership in B2B SaaS platform development (fintech or financial services highly regarded).

A technical leader who thrives on rolling up their sleeves, comfortable both setting direction and contributing code.

Expertise across .NET, C#, REST APIs, SQL, and modern development frameworks.

Track record of leveraging AI in development and prototyping solutions.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a commercial environment.

Agile delivery expertise and ability to manage external service providers.
