About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Retail Training Director to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our retail workforce.
This senior role will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing training programs that empower our employees to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and maintain our company's reputation for excellence.
Reporting to the Franchise Director, key responsibilities include:
- Learning and Development: Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and address capability gaps through innovative learning solutions.
- Facilitation & Partnerships: Facilitate high-quality training and work with external partners to enhance learning offerings. Collaborate with HR to improve leadership capabilities.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and collaborate on best practices for learning and development.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
- A full driver's licence.
- Facilitation experience across a wide range of learning platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of authoring technologies and multimedia applications.
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design and learning program creation.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Education or a related discipline.
