About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Training and Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our retail workforce. This role will design, implement, and oversee training programs that empower our employees to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain our company's reputation for excellence.

Reporting to the Franchise Director, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Learning and Development: Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and address capability gaps through innovative learning solutions. Design, develop, and deliver a range of integrated learning interventions that drive customer centricity and improve soft skills.
  • Facilitation & Partnerships: Facilitate high-quality training and work with external partners to enhance learning offerings. Collaborate with HR to improve leadership capabilities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and collaborate on best practices for learning and development.

About You

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • A full driver's license.
  • Facilitation of learning experience across a wide range of learning platforms.
  • Experience in e-learning course creation with Articulate360.
  • Hands-on knowledge of authoring technologies, Intranet design tools, and multimedia applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in the creation and delivery of learning programs, including instructional design.
  • Experience in analyzing business problems and working with key stakeholders to develop solutions.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
