At Inchcape, we're seeking a highly skilled Retail Training and Development Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our retail workforce.

We're dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, and this role will design, implement, and oversee training programs that empower our employees to deliver top-notch service, drive sales, and maintain our company's reputation for excellence.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, a full driver's license, and facilitation of learning experiences across a wide range of platforms. They'll also possess hands-on knowledge of authoring technologies, intranet design tools, and multimedia applications.

About the Role

  • Learning and Development: Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and address capability gaps through innovative learning solutions.
  • Facilitation & Partnerships: Facilitate high-quality training and work with external partners to enhance learning offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and collaborate on best practices for learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Design, develop, and deliver a range of integrated learning interventions that drive customer-centricity and improve soft skills.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with HR to improve leadership capabilities and work with external partners to enhance learning offerings.
  • Analyse Business Problems: Analyse a business problem and work with key stakeholders to develop a solution to resolve it.
