About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Training Manager to design, implement, and oversee training programs that empower our retail workforce to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. This role will partner with business leaders to understand challenges and address capability gaps through innovative learning solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Learning and Development: Design, develop, and deliver integrated learning interventions that drive customer-centricity and improve soft skills.
  • Facilitation & Partnerships: Facilitate high-quality training and collaborate with external partners to enhance learning offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and collaborate on best practices for learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • A full driver's license
  • Facilitation of learning experiences across various platforms
  • Experience in e-learning course creation with Articulate360
  • Hands-on knowledge of authoring tools, Intranet design tools, and multimedia applications
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering learning programs, including instructional design
  • Experience in analyzing business problems and working with stakeholders to develop solutions
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
