Retail Training Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Training Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Inchcape. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that empower our retail workforce to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain our company's reputation for excellence.
About the Role- Learning and Development: Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and address capability gaps through innovative learning solutions.
- Facilitation & Partnerships: Facilitate high-quality training and work with external partners to enhance learning offerings.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and collaborate on best practices for learning and development.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, a full driver's license, and expertise in facilitating learning experiences across various platforms. Additionally, they will have hands-on knowledge of authoring technologies, Intranet design tools, and multimedia applications.
In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
