About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced WHS Officer to join our team. As a WHS Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and clients on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action
  • Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on health and safety procedures
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement health and safety strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a WHS role
  • Relevant qualifications in WHS, such as a Cert IV in WHS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Australian driver's license
