Operations Coordinator | Administration Support

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to provide exceptional administration support to our team at Active Tree Services. Our company has offices located in various locations and has a national footprint, working to keep our communities safe and green.
The Operations Coordinator will report into the Operations Manager and ensure the delivery of a wide range of administration duties and support services. This role requires supporting the Operations manager with ongoing day-to-day business needs, coordinating client invoicing and timesheets efficiently, generating reports and analysing performance data, monitoring and ensuring compliance with external contracts, incident investigations, and more.
This role will suit a professional who enjoys variety and is experienced in handling a wide range of complex tasks while managing internal stakeholders' expectations.

- High level of accuracy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
