Responsibilities include:

  • Asset Management: Oversee the entire asset lifecycle, from acquisition through decommissioning.
  • Service Management: Manage Service Management platforms with hands-on experience.
  • Tracking and Documentation: Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of hardware and software assets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and network infrastructure.
  • Compliance and Audits: Monitor compliance and reconcile entitlements for vendor audits.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate insightful dashboards and reports on asset usage and performance.
  • Requisitions and Communications: Manage requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor communications.
