Student Recruitment Leader Role

The Student Recruitment Leader is a key position responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to achieve organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure exceptional customer service and product advice, fostering a collaborative and adaptive work environment.
  • Design and execute proposals for resource allocation and management, collecting and analysing data to inform senior management decisions.
  • Offer expert advice on policy and procedural matters, enabling informed decision making on student recruitment objectives.
  • Manage and supervise staff across all aspects of their employment, including recruiting, selecting, inducting new team members, and preparing operational plans.
  • Develop and manage administration processes across admissions, enrolment, and fees, working closely with senior management to deliver educational and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Degree and postgraduate qualifications in business or a similar field relevant to student enrolment, administration, and governance systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of student administration and enrolment processes within the Vocational Education and Training sector, including knowledge of compliance requirements, government policy, and legislation.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing professional teams, managing resources, facilities, and operational plans to achieve high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced capability in managing CRM systems, student management systems, customer experience platforms, telephony systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly developed stakeholder management skills with the ability to identify stakeholders impacted by decisions and engage them effectively.
