Job Description

This role involves leading the delivery of high-quality support services across multiple campuses.

  • Counselling and Mental Health Support Services:

    The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of these services, ensuring students receive timely support and guidance.

  • Student Wellbeing and Engagement:

    This includes fostering an inclusive campus environment, promoting diversity, equity, and student voice.

  • Program Development and Evaluation:

    The Head of Student Wellbeing will lead the development, implementation, and review of mental health, wellbeing, and inclusion strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Post-graduate qualifications:

    counselling, psychology, social work, mental health or a relevant discipline.

  • Experience:

    a proven track record of leading student wellbeing and support services in tertiary or related sectors.

  • Skills:

    demonstrated capability in delivering and overseeing counselling services, crisis intervention, and welfare support.
