Job Description

As a key member of our student support team, you will play a vital role in helping students stay on track with their studies. You will work closely with students, academic staff, and other teams to identify challenges early and provide meaningful support.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional student experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring student progress and identifying areas of concern
  • Developing tailored support plans to address individual student needs
  • Providing advice on course variations and enrolment adjustments
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a coordinated approach to student support
