Job Description:

The Head of Senior School will oversee the daily management and administration of staff and students at the senior school, ensuring high academic standards and a positive learning environment. This includes building strong relationships with the community through organising events, conducting student interviews, and coordinating parent engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversight of the daily operations of staff and students at the Senior School
  2. Development of strong community connections through events, interviews, and parent participation
  3. Collaboration with senior leadership on educational programs, staff development, and student discipline

This role requires a strategic leader who is passionate about inspiring students, leading educators, and fostering a dynamic school community. The successful applicant will have experience in education leadership, a commitment to academic excellence, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
