About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Manager to lead our strategic operations team. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the planning, implementation, and performance of our IT function to enable business success.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT operations management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. You will be accountable for managing and implementing corporate information technology systems, aligning business units with standardized systems that deliver performance and efficiency gains.

You will work closely with our Global IT teams to evaluate current and future systems platform proposals, keep local leadership updated on impacts and changes, and oversee teams involved in design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions to achieve business priorities and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement corporate information technology systems
  • Align business units with standardized systems that deliver performance and efficiency gains
  • Evaluate current and future systems platform proposals
  • Oversee teams involved in design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 12 years in the Information Technology industry with a minimum of 7 years of management experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of technical experience in systems and solutions design, development, and implementation, and 6 years of technical experience in IT Infrastructure and cloud services design and/or support

Competitive Salary: $120,000 per annum
