About the Role
  • Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to lead our front office operations and provide exceptional service to our guests.

    • Manage The Star Grand Loyalty Program and affiliated programs.
    • Assist with people planning requirements including recruitment, rostering, training, and development of the team.

    • Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric approach.
    • Familiarity with Opera property management system.
