The Pillars: Redefining Luxury Hospitality

Our company is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to execute its strategy across all channels, driving member engagement, brand visibility, and growth.

This hands-on role oversees our presence across all touchpoints – including the website, email marketing, social media platforms, in-club collateral, and event materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing assets including presentations, menus, invitations, events, activations, and member communications across digital and print formats
  • Coordinating photography and videography for events, member experiences, and club initiatives
  • Creating and distributing regular email newsletters via HubSpot and managing the email database
  • Managing social media across Instagram and LinkedIn

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or membership-driven environments
  • Understanding of Webflow, CRM marketing platform HubSpot, project management tools Monday & Asana, and graphic design platform Canva
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and an eye for design
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
