About the Role

  • You will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring seamless experiences from check-in to departure.
Key Responsibilities

The following are some of your primary duties:

  • A la carte restaurant service delivery
  • Expert table service at bars and lounges
  • Maintenance of on-train carriages, including housekeeping
  • Luggage handling with precision
  • Provision of concierge services at terminals
  • Hosting guests on off-train excursions
Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the hospitality industry
  • Prior experience in fine dining or a la carte environments, recognized for your strength in guest service
  • An energetic and dynamic approach to work, with a smile that makes all the difference

  • Essential certifications, including RSA and Senior first aid (or willingness to obtain)
