Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding sales performance by cultivating strong customer relationships and executing pre-determined sales plans
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers with merchandise selections and provide expert advice on luxury products
  • Cultivate personalized interactions with clients to build trust and loyalty
  • Develop strategies to achieve high client repeat rates and maintain a strong market presence
  • Embody and promote the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior
  • Manage customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the store team to support initiatives and efforts
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry
  • Previous expert selling experience with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrable problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is highly desirable
