About the Role

This is a permanent position offering stability and a competitive salary. You will work closely with our IT Engineering team and act as the Salesforce subject specialist. Your expertise will be utilized to discuss business requirements, participate in solution design, and implement Salesforce flows, Apex triggers, and Lightning Web Components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in discussions with business stakeholders and IT teams to establish business requirements.
  • Offer ideas and expertise during the solution design phase.
  • Develop Salesforce flows, Apex triggers, batch processes, and LWC.
  • Build systems that include data integration flows.
  • Provide guidance on configuration, customization, and system capabilities for Salesforce.
  • Utilize software development expertise to guide the team in developing custom applications and integrations.
About You
  • You will bring proven experience in solutions architecture and design within Salesforce, including an understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • As a Salesforce specialist, your expertise includes configuring, customizing, and developing using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
  • You have software development experience in your background, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
  • You will have experience designing integrations between systems using technologies such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, or Middleware Platforms.
  • You can demonstrate an understanding of ERP systems and how they integrate with the Salesforce CRM.
  • You are an analytical thinker and a strong communicator who can lead technical teams to deliver outcomes.
