Empowering Carer Role

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Carer Coach to facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions with carers. The successful candidate will create a welcoming and empowering environment, building strong relationships with carers and key stakeholders.

  • Deliver coaching sessions in accordance with training and guidelines.
  • Develop an environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering for carers.
  • Establish positive relationships with carers based on our organisational values.
  • Engage professionally and positively with external and internal stakeholders.
About the Position

This is an entry-level full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma in Coaching, Counselling, Community Services or related field. Previous experience in group development and facilitation is desirable.
