About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will work closely with carers to provide individualized support and guidance, empowering them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions with carers to understand their unique needs and develop personalized plans for improvement.
  • Create a welcoming and supportive environment that fosters trust and open communication between coaches and carers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including carers, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in coaching and caregiving to ensure high-quality services are delivered.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Coaching, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in coaching or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with carers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Certification in coaching or counseling is preferred but not required.
