As a Carer Coach, you'll empower carers through active listening and smart goal setting, while maintaining a commitment to inclusion, self-reflection, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering the program in accordance with training and the Facilitated Coaching Service Guidelines
- Facilitating one-on-one and group coaching to carers, to achieve the program's required KPIs
- Creating an environment that carers find welcoming, real, and empowering
- Ensuring relationships with carers are positive and built on core values
- Engaging professionally and positively with key stakeholders
- Minimum Diploma in Coaching, Counselling, Community Services or related field
- Right to work within Australia
- Current valid Driver's Licence and ability to undertake some travel
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (free online course)
- Satisfactory National Police Records Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check (Employee / Paid)
