Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to lead and evolve the go-to-market (GTM) functions within our Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. This is a growing role with the opportunity to significantly impact our sales channels and customer experiences.

This position is open to candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne.

The day-to-day responsibilities

  • Create and deliver GTM initiatives for Enterprise & Mid-Market segments, prioritizing activities for optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with GTM stream leads, business units, and external partners to align strategies and deliverables.
  • Prepare comprehensive GTM plans for presentation to senior leadership and steering committees for approval.
  • Manage market and channel delivery, track deliverables, guide go/no-go decisions, and ensure sales readiness.
  • Lead the GTM Working Group and support the GTM Steering Committee, coordinating relevant leads for execution.
  • Act as a segment champion across all GTM initiatives, ensuring alignment with segment strategy and customer needs.
Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in GTM, marketing, product, or project management, ideally within telecommunications.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong collaboration skills within a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive reporting ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience implementing complex product collections with multiple vendors and aligning priorities.
  • Track record of flawless execution and delivering world-class outcomes.
