Senior GTM Manager Job Description">

The Senior GTM Manager role is a key position within our Enterprise and Mid-Market segments, responsible for leading and evolving the Go-To-Market functions.

This is a growing role that gives you the chance to significantly impact both our sales channels and customer experiences.

We are looking for a proven professional with experience in a Go-To-Market, marketing, product or Project Management role, ideally within telecommunications sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Create and deliver Enterprise & Mid-Market Go-To-Market initiatives, prioritizing activities to achieve the best overall outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with Go-To-Market stream leads, business units, and external partners to align on strategies, accountabilities, and deliverables.
  3. Prepare comprehensive Go-To-Market plans for presentation to senior leaders and Steerco for approval.
  4. Manage the delivery into market and channel, tracking deliverables, guiding go/no-go decisions and ensuring sales readiness.
  5. Lead the Go-To-Market Working Group and support the Go-To-Market Steerco, engaging relevant leads and ensuring coordinated execution.
  6. Act as a segment champion across all Go-To-Market initiatives, ensuring alignment with segment strategy and customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a Go-To-Market, marketing, product or Project Management role.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
