Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to drive business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. As a key member of our Performance and Media team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic plans across performance marketing channels.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-develop and manage comprehensive campaigns across paid search, affiliates, and app stores to increase product consideration and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze campaign performance rigorously, identifying trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and optimization recommendations across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with digital advertising platforms and internal Data & AI, Digital, and Technology teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver innovations to our digital advertising program.

Your Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns across paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), affiliates (Canstar, Finder), app stores (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns), and programmatic media buying (DA360).
  • Able to manage large media budgets and execute campaigns to drive acquisition volume efficiently.
  • Proven experience in experimentation and A/B testing: developing test-and-learn frameworks and initiatives to drive conversion (CRO).
  • Proficient with data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Datorama, and ThoughtSpot.
  • High accountability for customer, brand, commercial, and risk outcomes, with great attention to detail.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience collaborating as part of cross-functional teams; mentoring or leadership experience is an advantage.
