Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and identify patrons displaying potential signs of problem gambling
  • Support and facilitate customer service with patrons who exhibit signs of problem gambling
  • Provide information to patrons about gambling counselling and self-exclusion
  • Record and report instances of potential gambling harm
About You
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry or customer service environment
  • Qualifications in customer service and managing difficult conversations (desirable)
  • Strong customer service acumen and communication skills
  • A willingness to build long-term relationships with customers
