Job Description:
\The role of Actuary, Experience Analysis is to produce detailed biometric analyses and assumptions of the Life business experience using knowledge of the life insurance market and actuarial practice.
\The team's vision is to be an important contributor of valuable insights that can drive the business forward.
\Your Role:

- Review, maintain, and develop experience analysis and terms of trade tools and methodologies\
- Process data and calculations as part of the experience analysis process\
- Analyse results of experience analyses and other aspects of the portfolio\
- Investigate and understand underlying business drivers and provide insights\
- Review, maintain, and develop specific terms of trade for both pricing and valuation\
- Provide stakeholders with assumptions and related recommendations\
- Present experience analyses and assumption proposals to internal and external clients\
- Present insights and corresponding business actions/ideas to stakeholders\
- Contribute to implementations, special projects, or quotation support\

Required Skills and Qualifications:
\- \
- Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia (or equivalent)\
- At least 3 years' life insurance actuarial experience\
- Ability to interpret and articulate valuable insights\
- Curiosity, creativity, and continuous development focus\
- Ability and confidence to make decisions, even with a lack of available data\
- Advanced Excel (including VBA), Word, and analytical tools\
- Proficient in R or Python\
