Senior Actuary Leader Role

The role of Senior Actuary Leader involves overseeing the establishment and development of actuarial capabilities, providing strategic advice to executive leaders, and leading the design and implementation of actuarial services models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and develop internal actuarial functions and capabilities
  • Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on actuarial matters
  • Lead the design and implementation of actuarial services models to support business decision-making
  • Develop and implement analytical models to inform business strategies and drive organisational success

This senior leadership position requires a highly experienced Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia (FIAA) with extensive experience in personal injury insurance and a proven track record of establishing actuarial functions and uplifting team capability.
