Pharmaceutical Formulation Specialist

Job Overview:
">This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and flexible individual who enjoys working in a team environment.
">As a Compounding Technician, you will be responsible for the aseptic production process – manufacturing Chemotherapy, Antibiotics, and Nutritional products for hospitals and patients.
">You will prepare and compound sterile medications and solutions according to established protocols, ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality.
">The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
">Responsibilities:
">Picking and preparing raw materials
">Aseptically compounding (mixing) sterile solutions
">Packing of finished units for each order including final inspection of products
">Labelling and dispatching of prepared products
">Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
">Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures
">Contribute to a culture of full inclusion and diversity
">Requirements:
">Excellent attention to detail
">Ability to learn new skills
">Flexibility to adapt to shift work schedules as needed
">Ability to provide assistance in environments with defined procedures and protocols
">Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
">Comfortable working within a cleanroom environment
">Execute repetitive tasks in a consistent and accurate manner
">Good understanding of basic mathematics
">Effective verbal and written communication
">Experience in pharmacy, manufacturing, or warehousing an advantage
">Previous manual compounding experience highly regarded
