We are seeking a skilled Colour Formulation Specialist to join our team in the technical services lab.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining colour capabilities for industrial and protective coatings. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to create accurate colour formulations and support our colour systems across Australia.

To succeed in this position, you will need solid experience in colour matching and formulation, preferably within the coatings industry. A strong eye for colour and analytical mindset are essential skills for this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will enjoy creating colour solutions, developing technical colour tools, and contributing to our reputation as a trusted brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating point-of-sale tint formulations and colour formulation databases
  • Matching and creating new colour formulations for protective coatings, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Supporting the development of factory-packaged colours and investigating colour-related complaints
  • Providing technical colour advice and solutions to internal stakeholders

You will utilise colour tools and software, including spectrophotometers, to support high-quality outcomes.
