Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Plant and Equipment. Set up, clean, and fill products to correct weight and specifications according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Carry out formulations as per Job Sheet specifications.
  • Adhere to all general safety directions for the workplace and those outlined in the Job Sheets.
  • Ensure all plant and equipment used in the formulation process are in safe working order.
  • Perform regular and routine maintenance on equipment when necessary.
  • Identify and address performance issues, conducting investigations, and managing risks.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in operating production equipment, setting up, cleaning, and filling products to the correct weight and specifications.
  • Experience in machine operation or production, along with a strong mechanical aptitude, is essential.
  • Must possess skills: lifting to 25 kg, handling dangerous goods, driving, ability to meet KPI/targets, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of Workplace Safety.
