Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Color Formulation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing prototypes that showcase customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prototype Development: Design and develop innovative prototypes that meet customer requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical guidance throughout project lifecycles.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation for all products and application formulations.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of finished formulations, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in general science or food science or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of project management experience.
  • Seven to ten years of technical experience in the food colorants industry.
