Chemical Formulation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Formulation Specialist to join our fast-paced production site. The ideal candidate will have experience in chemical blending, formulation, and packaging.

Duties Include:

  • Mixing of specified chemicals, liquids & granules
  • Pumping products from mixing tanks to storage IBC's
  • Ensuring efficient workflow throughout the factory
  • Assembling packaging and labels prior to batches being made
  • Following batch sheet instructions
  • Keeping work area tidy at the end of each day and week and equipment cleaned after use

Requirements:

  • Current Forklift Licence (LF)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team and management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work unsupervised, be self-motivated and use of initiative
  • Physically fit for heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
