Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing client partnership, advice, and execution of the Quality Excellence framework for us.

This will involve partnering with clients internally and externally to drive adoption of quality excellence activities and achieve Right First Time and Zero-Defect culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to drive adoption of quality excellence activities
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure compliance and phase-appropriate levels of quality
  • Support transition from reactive to proactive quality measures
  • Help build a Right First Time and Zero-Defect culture

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry with demonstrated operations, process development/validation, and quality background
  • Solid analytical and technical skills
  • Systems thinking and LEAN principles experience
  • Sterile experience, knowledge, and capability to design quality system processes
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with people throughout all levels of the organization

Requirements:

  • Located within Australia
  • Experience in quality assurance, pharmaceutical industry, FDA regulations, sterile processing, and cGMP compliance
