Color Formulation Expert

We are seeking a Colour Formulation Specialist to join our team in a full-time role.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain point-of-sale tint formulations and colour formulation databases for protective coatings.
- Create new colour formulations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various products.
- Provide technical support for factory-packaged colours, investigate colour-related complaints, and offer solutions to internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience in colour matching with strong colour perception skills.
- Proficiency in computer-based tinting systems, colour programs, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
