Job Title: Reception/Office Admin

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Reception/Office Admin, providing administrative support to our busy office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including creating spreadsheets, sending correspondence, and preparing presentations.
  • Use CRM systems to track and update meetings, calls, and emails.
  • Organise marketing meetings and events.
  • Assist with creditor-related tasks, update Proof of Debt Lodgements and employee entitlements, and manage file-related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, including Reception.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Warm and welcoming customer service/communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Arrangements:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with hour lunch break.
  • Initial 6-8 week assignment with opportunity for full time permanent position.
  • Weekly timesheets.
  • Training and hand over will be provided.
