Reception & Administration Support

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reception & Administration Support person. This role is open to both Part-Time and Full-Time hours, with a preference for someone available on Saturdays to assist with property inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule appointments and property inspections with ease
  • Manage office emails and correspondence with efficiency
  • Maintain and update client and tenant records with accuracy
  • Handle general office management tasks with a positive attitude
  • Update property listings on online platforms with precision
  • Provide administrative support to agents and property managers with a smile
  • Manage office calendars and schedules with ease
  • Assist with property-related administration, including contracts, maintenance coordination, and marketing tasks
  • Help with checking in attendees at Saturday property inspections
Requirements:
  • No certification is required, however is a bonus
  • Willingness to work Saturdays for inspections is preferred but not essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle office duties efficiently
