Job Overview:

About the Role:

  • As our new Reception and Administration Support, you will coordinate and perform the day-to-day administration requirements and reception duties.
  • You will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, general administration functions, such as filing and records management, and providing administrative support to our local team.
  • You will also be responsible for managing petty cash, corporate card, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform general administration functions, including filing and records management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role with a bubbly personality.
  • A calm and well-organized approach to work.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Competency with database systems, financial & records management systems (desirable).
  • Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening (we can help).
