About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Officer to provide essential administrative support to our home care services.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our services
  • Maintaining and updating client records and databases
  • Preparing and distributing documents and reports
  • Coordinating meetings and taking minutes
  • Ordering and managing supplies and equipment
  • Performing other administrative tasks as needed
About You

We are looking for a professional administrator with office experience and high-level computer skills. You will have well-developed communication skills and excellent phone manner, allowing you to confidently engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Your experience and qualifications for this role should include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Experience in the healthcare or home care industry is a plus
  • National Police Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
