At Tas Networks, we are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Governance Lawyer to lead our Company Secretariat team and ensure the proper functioning of Boards across the Tas Networks Group.
The ideal candidate will have a practicing certificate (or eligibility to obtain one) and at least 5 years' experience in corporate law. Leadership experience, company secretary expertise, and qualifications such as AICD/Governance Institute certification are highly regarded.
This is a 15-month Fixed Term opportunity offering a competitive remuneration package, flexible work arrangements, paid volunteer days, and more.
In this role, you will support good corporate governance and compliance practice within the Tas Networks Group, provide sound advice to the Board and management, and ensure ongoing compliance obligations are met.
