Equipment Invoicing Specialist

At the forefront of our operations, we are seeking a diligent and meticulous Equipment Invoicing Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
- To validate costs associated with deals prior to generating invoices.
- To analyze each deal in order to maximize sales programs and ensure they align with supplier requirements.
- To process and generate sales deals within our computer system.
- To finalize associated Supplier transactions for the sales deals.
- To manage the receipting of trades into inventory.
- To prepare and post journal entries associated with invoicing.
- To conduct regular reconciliations of various sales-related GL accounts and reports.
- To prioritize tasks under the guidance of a supervisor.
Necessary Qualifications:
- A desire to understand key requirements of the sales department and suppliers.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
- The capacity to operate effectively under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- The ability to identify issues and suggest solutions.
