Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Leading providers of forklift and elevated work platform equipment are seeking experienced mechanical professionals to complete maintenance tasks on Forklifts and EWP equipment at client sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out mechanical, electrical and hydraulic diagnosis, repair and maintenance on material handling equipment and elevated work platforms. This will include inspecting, maintaining and stability testing older machines and forklifts.
Additionally, the individual will work independently at customer locations across various areas, performing fabrication work including welding, drilling, grinding, bending and cutting of threads if required.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- A recognized mechanic trade certificate
- Minimum one year experience in completed maintenance work on equipment
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- A strong work ethic
- Current residing in Australia with working rights
