Job Title: Technical Support Officer

As a key member of our technical team, you will be the primary point of contact for equipment-related inquiries and troubleshooting issues. You will handle the in-house processing of alarm equipment, preparing it for re-use, repair, or disposal.

The role involves providing technical support to clients, configuring and testing devices, managing equipment returns, and dispatching equipment to clients. To succeed in this position, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is experience in computer operation and administration.

Previous customer service and technical support experience are desirable. You must be able to work well individually and in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your approach.
