About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Experience Partner to serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. This role involves managing high volumes of customer interactions while maintaining exceptional service quality.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries
- Manage large volumes of customer interactions
- Process orders and maintain records using CRM software
- Support post-sale inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Build rapport with customers to identify sales opportunities and promote cross-selling
