Responsibilities:
- Manage the tendering process from kickoff to submission, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with various internal departments, such as engineering, estimators, legal, quality assurance, and operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Contribute to the development of business growth strategies and plans.
Qualifications:
- Formal qualifications in engineering, business, or project management.
- Experience in tendering, business development, procurement, estimating, risk, or project controls.
- Strong influencing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated proposal writing expertise, facilitation, and presentations.
