About The Position

Door Attendants play a key role in our Club operations, ensuring members and guests feel welcome while monitoring compliance. This full-time opportunity is located at our Nelson Bay Diggers site, requiring strong communication and leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and honesty and integrity.

The position involves greeting members and guests, advising them on Club facilities and events, promoting and processing memberships, checking identification, and enforcing RSA legislation. Certifications required include RSA and RCG certifications.

Requirements

We are seeking an energetic team player with a passion for customer service within the hospitality industry. Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable.
