About the Role

The Multifunctional Attendant will provide operational support across various health club sites, focusing on front-of-house reception, sales and gym floor management. The ideal candidate will possess a professional attitude and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk in a professional manner.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Filter membership inquiries to the Sales Team.
  • Foster strong relationships with club members.
  • Maintain clean and safe facilities at all times.

Certifications Required: First Aid, CPR & WWCC

About You

You will be a member-focused individual, passionate about health and fitness, with excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a reception/admin environment is highly regarded.
