Responsibilities- Join residents at the Gardening Club in Waratah and engage in meaningful social interactions while weeding, planting seedlings, and watering to bring residents together who wish to participate.
Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience for both the person you visit and yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help improve quality of life and reduce feelings of isolation.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

- National Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
We\'d be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week. Currently the club runs on Wednesday afternoon from 2pm – 3pm. Visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
